This produces a rapid Adrenaline Response inside the body so you can burn more fat in less time.
AS = Adrenaline Saturation. As a result of the 3R's, we coerce the body to release as much Adrenaline as possible to "saturate" it so we burn as much fat as possible as a result of the finishers by flooding your "Metabolic Hot Zones." This causes your metabolism to burn more calories at rest than it normally would for the next 36 hours. (It's like getting 10% interest on your savings account instead of only 1%. Pretty sweet, huh?)

What equipment will I need?

How young do I need to be to take advantage of adrenaline?
I designed this entire program with the mature adult in mind (ages 45 and older), however, you’ll still get the benefits if you are in your 20’s and 30’s. Adrenaline is NOT a hormone that needs to be produced by eating certain foods. It comes naturally by doing certain exercises, at a certain tempo, in a certain amount of time.
What if I prefer exercise photos instead of exercise videos?
