Let's cut out the goofy jargon. Here's the deal.
You might be where I was, struggling to lose weight not because you don't have the "secret" or some "cutting edge breakthrough" diet.
And if you did, you wouldn't have the time to stick to it, anyway.
This is a sticky subject for me. How about you?
In fact, not having enough TIME was the biggest reason I ballooned to over 300 pounds...
Hey, I'm Mike Whitfield, someone who has horrible genetics, a not-so-great metabolism and a love for carbs (especially sweets).
I don't have 6-pack abs. I also don't "eat clean and train mean".
What I do have however, is a balanced life that includes time for Ben & Jerry's ice cream, pancakes, quality time with my family, pickup basketball, 2-3 exercise sessions a week, operating my own business, writing a book and being an assistant Sunday School teacher.
I'm not stressed out about it either.
For one thing, I don't spend 3 hours every Sunday "prepping" my meals for the week. That might fit your lifestyle, but I don't have the time for it.
Ewww, the word "time" again. Let's get real here...
You don't need another diet. You don't need some "exercise secret", either. You need more time, right?
Well, NO. You actually don't.
So let me be clear with you....
